Ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing.
We respond within 30 days. Most requests are handled well inside that, but the deadline is the promise. If we need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, we will ask — that check is what stops someone else requesting your information.
A deletion request covers our own records and the copy held in our customer relationship management platform. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of invoices already issued. The privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
