When you opt in to SMS from Blazeworthy:

  • Message types: you may receive promotional messages such as offers or updates, and transactional messages such as appointment reminders or account notices.

  • Message frequency: message frequency may vary based on your interactions. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for some programs, and never more than 8 messages per month overall.

  • Opt-out: reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop SMS messages.

  • Help: reply HELP for assistance or contact support@blazeworthy.com.

  • Rates: message and data rates may apply.

  • Data use: we use your phone number and message history to provide and improve the SMS service and to honor your opt-in choices. We do not share SMS data with third parties for marketing.

13) Region-specific disclosures

  • California: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents can exercise the rights listed in Section 11.

  • EEA and UK: see Section 7 for legal bases and Section 11 for rights, which include the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
