Effective Date: September 1, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Blazeworthy LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 4818 Washington Blvd, Ste 4025, Saint Louis, MO 63108, phone (314) 561-7317, (“Blazeworthy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the client (“you” or “your”).


1. Scope of Service

Blazeworthy will provide the following services as part of the Trusted Visibility Package for one business location:

  • Google Business Profile optimization

  • Business listings management across 200+ directories

  • Updates to business information (hours, phone, address, services) when requested by the client

  • Review request automation

  • Custom-crafted review response management: Positive reviews will be acknowledged in a professional and timely manner. Negative reviews will be addressed with empathy and an attempt to move the conversation offline by encouraging the reviewer to contact the client directly by email or another private channel. When a negative review is received, Blazeworthy can assist by guiding the client on steps to make things right with the reviewer, or the client may choose to handle resolution themselves.

  • Call tracking number provision (see Section 3 for details)

  • Monthly performance reporting

Clients with multiple business locations may also have those locations managed under this package, but each additional location will be billed separately at a discounted rate agreed upon in writing.

Services not specifically listed here (such as SEO, paid ads, or website development) are outside the scope unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Guarantee

Our guarantee is simple:

  • Work with us for 90 days. If you do not receive an increase in qualified inbound opportunities — defined as booked calls, appointment requests, or direct service inquiries — we will continue working free of charge for 3 additional months.

  • If after those 3 months you still have not received qualified inbound opportunities, we will provide a full refund of fees paid under this package.

To initiate the guarantee, the client must:

  • Contact Blazeworthy at billing@blazeworthy.com at the 90-day mark to request a review.

  • Participate in a meeting with our team to review performance data and discuss next steps.

  • Remain active and current on payments throughout the initial 90 days and the subsequent 90-day free work period.

  • Complete the full 90-day guarantee process, including the additional 90-day free work period, before any refund request will be considered.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Actual timing of funds appearing in the client’s account may vary depending on their bank’s processing times.

Refunds are not available if the client cancels prior to making at least three consecutive monthly payments or if they choose not to continue through the full guarantee process. Any chargebacks initiated in violation of these terms will be considered invalid, and proof of this agreement will be provided to our payment processor.


3. Billing & Payment

By completing checkout, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The Trusted Visibility Package is billed either monthly ($99) or annually ($899).

  • Monthly clients are required to remain active for at least three full billing cycles before being eligible for the Guarantee or any refund consideration. Canceling before three payments have been processed forfeits all eligibility for refunds or disputes.

  • Each plan includes one dedicated local call tracking number in the area code of the client’s choosing. This line includes up to 1,000 inbound minutes per month. Any minutes over the included 1,000 will be billed at $0.01 per minute. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

  • Additional phone numbers may be purchased for an additional monthly fee.

  • Each package covers one business location. Additional locations may be managed at a discounted rate, billed separately.

  • All payments are due at the start of the billing period.

Refunds are only provided under the Guarantee in Section 2.


4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely business information

  • Grant Blazeworthy necessary access to accounts and profiles

  • Respond promptly to requests for assets such as logos, photos, and service details


5. Limitations of Liability

Blazeworthy will make reasonable efforts to manage and respond to reviews in good faith and in line with best practices. However, Blazeworthy is not responsible for:

  • The content of reviews left by third parties

  • The reviewer’s willingness to resolve the issue

  • The outcomes of customer interactions

  • Errors, downtime, or changes by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Yext, directories)

  • Results impacted by inaccurate client information

  • Indirect or consequential damages

The client remains ultimately responsible for resolving disputes with their customers.

Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the client for services.


6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Monthly plans may be canceled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing date.

  • Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable, except as provided in the Guarantee.

  • Blazeworthy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms.


7. Intellectual Property

  • Blazeworthy retains ownership of systems, processes, and templates used in service delivery.

  • The client owns their business data, reviews, and performance reports.

  • The client receives a license to use the deliverables while an active customer.


8. Confidentiality & Data Use

Blazeworthy will keep client information confidential and will not share it without consent, except as needed to perform services. We may use anonymized results or aggregate data in marketing materials.


9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Missouri unless both parties agree otherwise.


10. Force Majeure

Blazeworthy will not be liable or considered in breach of this agreement for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include but are not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, platform outages (including but not limited to Google, Yext, or related services), changes in third-party policies or systems, power failures, or any other events outside of Blazeworthy’s reasonable control.

If a Force Majeure event occurs, Blazeworthy will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.


11. Changes to Terms

Blazeworthy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify clients by email and update the version posted on our website. The Effective Date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
